TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Please always check this agreement for changes as the Organisation reserves the right to change any part of this agreement anytime. By using this website, you (members) signify your agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions governing the BFC Ambassadors operation. BFCA items are Commodities that are given when you progress from a lower stage to an upper stage. These commodities are money, generators, cars, buildings, laptops, internet modem etc. Please note that the Laptops, Buildings and Cars cannot be monetized.
CHANGES OF SPONSORSHIP BONUS
The Organisation reserves the right to change the sponsorship bonus of any of the business plan.
USER CONDUCT
All Users should use the BFCA website only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized transfer of bfca e-wallet is not accepted and login into another persons account is not allowed and strictly prohibited.
The BFC Ambassadors, the logo, and all product names, Organisation names, and other logos, unless otherwise stated are brands and trademarks of the organisation.
MEMBERSHIP LIMITS
The Organisation allows users to more than one account, therefore there is no membership limit, moreso, there is no limit to the number of people to register.
DEACTIVATION OF MEMBERS ACCOUNTS
BFCA has the right to deactivate members' account(s) for the following reasons:
1. If member is reported(with proof) by other members not to be promoting our platform rather promoting other related programs and still wish to earn from BFCAmbassadors platform at the detriment of other active members.
2. If account is dormant ( An account shall be deemed dormant where members' are not-active on the platform, thereby, breaking system for a period of 60 working days).
3. Where BFCA receives notices of non performance from at least 3 downlines /up lines of such non working member
4. Where the above is confirmed by management via the co-ordinator of that country.
Note : Funds generated from deactivated account is used for empowerment.
REFUNDS
The BFC Ambassadors does not refund fee to members anymore. Please do not get involved in this program if your country of residence/religion does not permit it.
PAYMENT OPTION
All payments (withdrawals and deposits)are made through www.bfcambassadors.org's chosen payment option.
Changes to BFCA Website due to the dynamic nature of the global business environment, the organisation reserves the right to amend any information including the membership fee, sponsorship bonus, dues and board fee at any time.
Removal of spillover points:
BFCA has the right to remove spillover points from members that are no longer promoting the platform when they are reported by active members on the same monitor or reported by any of our company representative.
GIVING OF CASH & GIFT REWARDS:
Unless otherwise stated, Brian Cleverton Int'l Coy Ltd will be in charge of giving out cash and gift rewards, more so, this shall be carried out in accordance with BFC Ambassadors policy and every member shall be recognised as and when due.
USER AGREEMENT
By registering on BFC Ambassadors website, I hereby state and agree as follows:
That I am of legal age and have full capacity in my locality, state or country to enter into, perform and be bound by this agreement.
